Support& how Sollyte works.
Everything you need to run the app well: how the battery is calculated, how forecasts are built, what a recap does, and how to get your data out. If the answer is not here, write to us and a person will reply.

Getting started
Five minutes on day one, then a few seconds a day.
- 1Download Sollyte from the App Store and open it. You can look around before creating anything.
- 2Set your starting battery on the Home screen using the “Right now I feel…” row, from Wiped to Charged.
- 3Add today's interactions as you go. Pick the kind of interaction, roughly how many people, and how it landed.
- 4Add anything upcoming under Events so Sollyte can start estimating what it will cost you.
- 5Do your first Recap in the evening. That is what teaches the app your personal cost curve.
Give it about a week of light use before judging the numbers. Sollyte is learning you, not applying an average.
Social battery basics
What the percentage means, and where it comes from.
- 1The percentage is a live estimate of your available social energy, not a mood score. 100% is fully rested, 0% means you are running on nothing.
- 2It moves for two reasons: interactions you log, and quiet time between them. Quiet time recharges you at a rate Sollyte works out from your own history.
- 3The label under the number tells you the direction — draining, steady or recharging.
- 4Trend shows the net change today. Avg is your baseline for this weekday across the last twelve weeks. Recharge is how much you regain per quiet hour.
- 5If a number feels wrong, log a check-in. A manual check-in always overrides the estimate and teaches the model.
Events & forecasts
Planning around your energy instead of apologising afterwards.
- 1Tap the + on the Events tab to add something. Give it a time, a type and a rough group size.
- 2Each event gets an estimate in the list — for example +9 for a small book club or −7 for the gym. Positive means it should charge you, negative means it should cost you.
- 3The number at the top right of the day is your projected total, so you can see the shape of the day before you commit.
- 4Tap any event to expand it for the Insight: how it is likely to land for you, and a clean exit plan you can take with you.
- 5Move, shorten or delete an event and the projection updates straight away. That is the whole point — try the day before you live it.
Estimates get sharper the more recaps you complete, because Sollyte learns which event types you personally under- or over-estimate.
Daily recap
Three questions per event. Roughly forty seconds a day.
- 1Open the Recap tab. Anything you logged or planned appears there waiting to be closed off.
- 2Answer how you feel now, how many people were actually there, and whether it went as expected.
- 3Save. Sollyte compares what it predicted against what happened and adjusts your cost curve.
- 4Completed recaps also unlock the next pieces in your library.
- 5Missed a day? Nothing breaks. Recaps stay available and your projections just widen slightly until you are back.
The library
Three chapters, ninety pieces, unlocked as you go.
- 1Chapter 1 — Know Your Battery: where your energy actually goes, and how to see it coming.
- 2Chapter 2 — In The Room: groups, meetings and clean exits.
- 3Chapter 3 — Recover And Reconnect: how to come back, and who to come back to.
- 4Pieces unlock as you complete recaps. The counter at the top of the Library tab shows your progress.
- 5Tap the heart on anything to keep it under Favorites for the night before something big.
Account & data
Your entries are yours, and you can take them or delete them.
- 1Everything lives under the Profile tab: your account, notification timing and data controls.
- 2Export requests a machine-readable copy of your interactions, events, recaps and reflections.
- 3Delete account removes your data within 30 days. It cannot be undone, so export first if you want a copy.
- 4We do not sell your data and we do not need your contact list. The Privacy Policy spells out exactly what we hold and why.
- 5Need something done by hand — a merge, a wrong export, a deletion you cannot trigger? Email us and we will do it for you.
Troubleshooting
The six things people write in about most.
Do a manual check-in from the Home screen. A check-in always overrides the estimate, and Sollyte will pull its model towards you rather than argue with you. If it keeps drifting in the same direction for several days, email us with the rough dates and we will look at your curve.
